2014 Bruin Reunion is Kicked Off
It’s that time of year for the chaos of planning to begin for the 2014 reunion. Check out the 2014 tabs to see what’s going on.

Fellow Bruins
Chuck and I ( Jimmy Apple) will be putting together the UCLA reunion this coming summer. We have selected July 31-August 3. If date does not work for someone please let us know.
The location will be Cambria.
Some new ideas for the reunion include
1. A contest Saturday night between Northern and Southern California as to who can make the best alcoholic drink. Reid will captain the Northern Cal team while Otto will captain the Southern Cal team. Judges will be equally divided between Northern and Southern California. I will a select a person to be the tie breaker.
2. Family feud-North vs. South-Bruin Trivia. First one that gets 20 correct answers wins. Should not take that long. Sample question. Lew Alcindor won 3 NCAA championships while at UCLA. How many games did the Bruins lose these 3 years and who did they lose to.
3. Bob Raines has agreed to put together homemade Pizza pies for everyone. Probably do this Saturday night. You just have to provide him the toppings you want on your custom made pizza. Hopefully Bob Routt will make a Caesar salad to go along with the pizza.
4. Talking Paul into taking people on a photo class/ walking tour of the area. We will all take pictures. We will put them on computer and Paul will select the person who took best picture.
Some the traditional things we will hopefully do include
1. A welcome fest on Thursday night including Chuck’s award winning Chili
2. Scotts fish tacos Friday night
3. A round of golf
4. Hiking and tennis with Tak and Lisa
5. A wine tour organized by Mr. Leos
6. A BBQ on the beach
7. Bonfire at night on the beach with smores
8. Mau Mau tournament
