NOTE: We are hoping to have maid service on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning to clean kitchen, dining room and balconies

NOTE: We are going to emphasize the use of paper plates, glasses, knives and forks

NOTE: On Saturday each person who wants a BBQ steak is responsible for COOKING his/her own steak

Thursday:

• Cook Quesadillas – Appel
• Chili – Chuck

Friday:

• Chicken Skewers – Chuck
• Smoked Trout Appetizer – Scott & Karen
• Albacore Nicoise Salad – Scott & Karen
• Set up Charcuterie Board – Karen & Marjorie

Saturday:

• Bruschetta – Chuck
• Sheet Pan Chicken – Bob Ra.
• Caesar Salad – Bob Ro.
• BBQ Corn – Mary
• Baked Potatoes – Alyson & Otto

NEED VOLUNTEERS TO COOK/SETUP THE FOLLOWING THINGS

Thursday:

• Put out Quesadilla fillings
• Set up Appetizers, make dip
• Set up bar & put out paper goods
• Minor clean-up (after dinner)

Friday:

• Heat Crusty Bread
• Set up paper goods
• Minor clean-up (after dinner)

Saturday:

• Set up paper goods
• Minor clean-up (after dinner) 

DAY	TIME	ACTIVITY
		Fun and games at BaseCamp
Thursday	morning	Mellow out at house and beach (waiting for people to show up)
	Afternoon	Once you arrive; settle in and meet at the Base Camp for hugs and kisses (and some libations)
	6:00pm	Dinner at base camp with “Famous” Scott Gee Fish Tacos and “Award winning” Chucky’s Chili
		Fun and games at base camp
Friday	10:00am	Meet at Base Camp and organize to drive into Cambria (or just meet at Stolo Vineyards)
	11:00am	Order Lunch in Cambria (Soto’s market makes great sandwiches but there are many places to get food)
	11:30am	Meet at Stolo Vineyards (just north of Cambria) for tasting and lunch in their garden
		After Lunch go down to Fermentations for more wine tasting or shop Cambria (till you drop)
	4:00-6:00pm	Appetizers and wine in Shamel Park (next to Base Camp)
	6:00pm	Light Dinner at Base Camp: Scott’s Fish themed Nicoise Salad and small munchie foods for dinner
		Fun and games at base camp (games include “who can tell the best story about their UCLA and their life experiences”)
Saturday	9:00am	Morning open for anything you want (see potential ideas ATTACHED)
	11:00am	Yoga at the Park (on-line)
		Go hiking along beach or to Fermilia area OR rent an E-Bike and go cruising
	3:00pm	Meet at Shamel Park for Craft Beer tasting and lecture by Bra on the types of craft beer (the best of the central coast)
	7:00pm	Dinner at Base Camp; Steak and Chicken night (Ribeye…….)
		Fun and games at base camp
Sunday	11:00am	clean up, move out (checkout time is 11:00am)
